Shipping & Returns

All parcels are shipped from our offices in Berlin. Our prints are carefully packed in reinforced cardboard folders and/or tubes and covered with acid-free tissue paper to ensure protection and safety in transit. All artworks are insured in case of damage in transit.

Though we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, the estimated time of arrival is 10 business days for all EU countries and 15-20 business days for international orders. Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch with us if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city. 

International orders (ROW)

Please note that local taxes and import duties may apply if you are shopping from a location outside the EU. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These costs cannot be used as a cause of return.  

[IMPORTANT] Please make sure the correct address is entered at the time of order, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Please also note that we cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays.  

Returns

We provide our clients with accurate descriptions and images of the artworks featured on our website. Still, if you are not satisfied with your print, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days upon receipt of the package.

To cancel your order, please send us a written notification per email informing your decision as well as the reasons for cancellation. The artworks and certificates must be returned in original condition, undamaged, and in the original protective packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria.

Please note that you are responsible for arranging the safe return of any unwanted products to our address. Returns happen at your own risk and own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping costs). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days from the receipt and inspection of your returned item.
